

2 pack indomie mi goreng
6 frozen gyoza of choice

1 tsp sesame oil
1 egg

2 tsp chilli sauce of choice (Iβve gone with black sriracha)
(Optional) bit of mayo

Pickled ginger

Spring onions

Fried shallots

Black sesame seeds
Boil a kettle of water
Fry frozen gyoza in sesame oil for a minute in a small pan on high heat
Add boiling water (approx 1 cup), cover and medium heat for 7 minutes and set aside
Cook noodles per packet instructions
Strain noodles and mix in with sachets, chilli, mayo and some of the strained liquid to combine
Fry egg in the dumpling pan once theyβre removed
Add egg to noodles and all other toppings!
