

1/2 can coconut milk

1 Tbsp miso

1 Tbsp gochujang

1 Tbsp sesame oil

1/2 lemon juice

3 Tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup boiling water to top up and thin out

2 chicken breasts

1 Tbsp cracked black pepper

1 Tbsp white pepper

1 Tbsp flakey salt

1 Tbsp olive oil

Soba noodles, cooked to packet instructions

Edamame beans (1/2 cup per bowl)
Dumplings of choice, steamed to packed instructions

2 eggs

Pickled ginger

Black sesame seeds
Coat chicken ingredients first and into airfrier (or preheated oven) on 200c for 17 minutes and let rest until youβre ready to serve
Heat water on stove with eggs inside and dumplings on top for 9 minutes (both will be done then), remove eggs once done
Add noodles and cook for 2 minutes, then remove from water
Add broth mix to water
Put your cooked noodles in a bowl, then add other toppings
Pour in broth
Garnish with more toppings. Enjoy x
