


500 g pasta (not spaghetti, you want short pieces like penne, shells, bow ties)

1 kg combined mince (Iโve gone beef and pork)

1 onions, diced

2 tsp paprika

2 tsp white pepper powder

2 tsp curry powder

Olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

450 - 500 g tub Greek yogurt (about 2 cups)

3 cloves garlic, minced

Juice of 1 lemon

Salt to taste

120 g butter (about 1/2 cup)

2 tsp paprika

Grated stretchy cheese like a firm mozzarella or gouda

Chopped tomatoes

Fresh mint and parsley
Cook your pasta in a big pot of boiling water and drain and put olive oil on to avoid sticking
Cook mince in olive oil, pork first if youโre using pork!
Add spices once browned and cook until crispy and dark brown
Make paprika butter sauce on low heat
Serve pasta, cheese, mince, garlic yoghurt, tomatoes and herbs
