

1 jar Grillo's hot pickle spears, chopped (reserve juice)

1 jalapeño, chopped

Green onions, chopped (white and green parts)

Bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 cup sour cream

Whipped cream cheese to taste

Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

Hot sauce to taste
Slap Ya Mama seasoning to taste

Garlic powder to taste

Splash of pickle juice

Splash of jalapeño juice (optional)
Take out all the pickles from the jar but keep the juice.
Chop all the pickles and place them in a big bowl.
Chop one jalapeno and add it to the bowl.
Cook bacon separately while continuing to chop ingredients.
Chop green onions and add them to the bowl.
Wait for the bacon to finish cooking.
Add one cup of Greek yogurt to the bowl.
Add one cup of sour cream to the bowl.
Add a container of whipped cream cheese to the bowl.
Add shredded sharp cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese to the bowl.
Add a whole packet of ranch seasoning mix to the bowl.
Add some hot sauce to the mixture.
Add some slap your mama seasoning and garlic powder to taste.
Add a tad bit of pickle juice to the mixture.
Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly.
Stir in the cooked bacon.
Taste the mixture and adjust seasonings if necessary.
