


1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup water

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon Mike's Hot Honey

1 tablespoon sesame oil

4 - 5 garlic cloves

green onions

Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)

toasted sesame seeds

Combine soy sauce and water in a bowl.
Add brown sugar and mix well.
Stir in Mike's Hot Honey and sesame oil.
Add minced garlic cloves to the mixture.
Chop green onions and add them to the bowl.
Add Korean chili flakes (gochugaru) to taste.
Stir the mixture thoroughly.
Toast sesame seeds and add them to the mixture.
Sprinkle in sweet chili sauce to taste.
Soft boil the eggs for about 6 minutes and then place them in an ice bath.
Transfer the eggs to the marinade and ensure they are fully covered.
Marinate the eggs for about 12 hours.
