1 1/2 lb chicken

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1 tbsp butter

1 yellow onion

2 carrots

2 tbsp minced garlic (or 4 cloves)

1 cup orzo

2 1/2 cups chicken broth

1 head of broccoli (about 2 cups)

1/4 cup milk

6 oz shredded cheddar

1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and place them in a bowl.
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to the chicken and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
Set the cooked chicken aside.
In the same pan, add butter, chopped onion, diced carrots, and minced garlic. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes.
Toast 1 cup of orzo in the pan with the vegetables.
Add 2 1/2 cups of chicken broth to the pan and let it cook uncovered for about 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, add the chopped broccoli to the pan and cover it, cooking for another 5 minutes.
Return the cooked chicken to the pan to warm it up.
Stir in 1/4 cup of milk, 6 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese, and 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
Let everything melt together, then season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
