
1 cup warm milk (100 - 110 degrees F)

2 tsp active dry yeast

2 tbsp sugar

3 cups all purpose flour
1 egg

4 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp salt
Combine milk, yeast and sugar, whisk, and let rest for 10 minutes
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, egg, butter, and salt. Add the yeast mixture
Knead with the dough hook for 5 minutes, then knead 2-3 minutes by hand
Add to a greased bowl, cover, and rest 1 hour
Punch the air out and divide into 8 equal pieces. Shape into balls, then roll into ovals.
Shape into rolls and pinch the seam to seal
Cover and rest for 30 minutes
Bake at 375 for 16-18 minutes
Finish by brushing on melted butter
