1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp sriracha

1 tbsp hot honey

1 tsp pepper

1 tbsp butter

1 1/2 cups water

1 cup white rice

Salt to taste

1 lb ground turkey

2 tbsp garlic (4 cloves if using fresh)

1 tbsp ginger paste

1 zucchini

2 tbsp water

1 tbsp cornstarch
Prep one zucchini and whisk together the sauce ingredients: soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha, hot honey, and pepper.
In a pot, melt butter and add water, white rice, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and cover for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add ground turkey, allowing it to get a nice crust before breaking it up.
Add minced garlic and ginger paste to the turkey, cooking for a minute before adding the sauce.
Combine everything and add the zucchini, cooking for about three to four minutes covered.
Finish with a cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.
Serve the turkey mixture over rice and top with sesame seeds and green onion.
