


1 box strawberry cake mix
1 small pkg (3.4 oz)instant vanilla pudding

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup salted butter, melted

1/2 cup water

4 eggs

1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberry powder

1/4 cup white chocolate chips, chopped
Frosting:

8 oz cream cheese (softened)

1/2 cup salted butter (softened)

1 tsp vanilla

2 - 3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease Bundt pan well
2. Whisk cake mix, pudding, and strawberry powder* together
*to get the strawberry powder take freeze-dried strawberries and crush them until they resemble a fine powder, I did mine In a mini food processor, you will need approx, 1 ½ c. freeze dried strawberries to get ½ c. powder.
3. Add eggs, melted butter, sour cream, and water
4. Mix on low 30 seconds, then medium 2 minutes
5. Fold in white chocolate chips
6. Bake 45–50 minutes until a skewer comes out clean
7. Cool completely
8. Mix frosting ingredients, beating for at least 3-5 minutes.
9. Pipe frosting using a ziplock bag or a disposable piping bag with the tip cut off.
