


1 box white OR yellow cake mix

Vanilla pudding (1 box instant mix)

1/2 cup salted butter, melted

4 eggs

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup water

2 Tbsp almond extract

2 Tbsp poppyseeds
Add all ingredients, except poppyseeds to a mixing bowl.
Mix 30 seconds on low, then 2 minutes on medium speed, adding poppyseeds for the last 30 seconds, scraping the bowl as needed.
Pour batter into a well-greased Bundt pan
Bake at 350°F for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick/skewer comes out clean.
