


3/4 cup coconut flour or desiccated coconut

4 to 6 large medjool dates

1/3 cup nut butter

1 large spoonful cocoa powder

3 to 5 scoops casein protein powder (see note below)

1/4 tsp sea salt, plus more to top

1 ripe banana OR 2 - 3 Tbsp water
Add the coconut to your food processor & blend for until it’s more of a fine powder. If you’re using coconut flour that’s already a fine consistency, you can skip this step.
Next, add in the dates (make sure to remove seeds) & blend until the dates and coconut are well combined.
Add in the nut butter, cocoa powder, sea salt, & casein. Blend until all combined.
Lastly, we need to add moisture to bring it all together. You can either use a banana, water, or a little bit of both. Start by adding a half the banana & blend until it comes together. If needed, add more banana and/or water. Once the texture is as desired, shape dough into 10-12 balls.
Top with melted dark chocolate & sea salt. If you’d like, you can add nut butter or coconut oil to your melted chocolate to make it runnier. Enjoy them fresh or freeze/ refrigerate then enjoy!!
