


1 head iceberg chopped

1/4 lb ham, julienned

1/2 c pimento stuffed olives

2 tomatoes, sliced

1/4 c pecorino cheese

1/2 c olive oil

2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 lemon juiced

1 garlic clove grated

1 1/2 teaspoons oregano

Salt and pepper

3/4 c milk

2 c lrish cheddar
Chop the head of iceberg lettuce and place it in a large salad bowl.
Julienne the ham and Swiss cheese, then add them to the bowl with the lettuce.
Slice the tomatoes and add them to the salad bowl along with the pimento stuffed olives and pecorino cheese.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, grated garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything together until well combined.
