


1/2 lb pasta nests

1 c cherry tomatoes

1 handful of fresh basil

1 garlic clove sliced

4 tablespoons butter

1 Boursin cheese (basil and chive flavor)

Salt and pepper

2 - 3 c chicken broth

3/4 c heavy cream

Chopped basil and chives for topping
Place all ingredients into a skillet and cover.
Bring to boil and reduce to a simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes until the pasta is tender and the sauce is creamy, give it a stir a few times.
Top with fresh basil and chives
