


12 small or 6 larger slider buns, sliced in half

6 eggs beaten

2 tablespoons of butter

1 Ib breakfast sausage

2 tablespoons butter

1/4 c flour

2 cups whole milk

Salt and pepper

Cheddar cheese slices

2 tablespoons melted butter
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet and add the beaten eggs.
Season with salt and cook stirring with a spatula until almost set.
Brown the sausage in 2 tablespoons of butter until cooked through.
Sprinkle with the flour and whisk it into the sausage.
Slowly pour in the milk and continue whisking until thickened.
Season with salt and lots of black pepper.
Spoon the eggs over the slider halves and top with the sausage gravy then cheese slices.
Top with the other half of the slider buns and brush the tops with the melted butter.
Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes.
