


1 lb tortellini pasta, cooked drained cooled

1/2 c banana peppers

1/3 c sliced olives

1 c sliced cherry tomatoes

1/2 c sliced pepperoni

1/2 c chopped salami

1 c mozzarella pearls or chopped provolone

1/4 c sliced red onion optional

1 c shredded lettuce

3/4 c mayonnaise

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

2 teaspoon oregano

Salt and pepper
In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled tortellini, banana peppers, sliced olives, cherry tomatoes, pepperoni, salami, mozzarella pearls or provolone, red onion (if using), and shredded lettuce.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the tortellini mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for a short time to let the flavors meld before serving.
