

Ilb ground beef

1/2 chopped onion
2 - 3 pickles chopped

Salt and pepper 1/2 c mayonnaise

1/2 c thousand island dressing

Shredded cheddar

Chopped lettuce

Olive oil for frying
Brown the beef in skillet and drain. Season with salt and pepper and add the onion and pickles and cook another 5 minutes. Add the cheese and meat mixture to half of a tortilla and fold in half. This will make about 8-10 tacos. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet, just enough to coat the bottom. Fry the tacos until browned and crispy on both sides.
