


500 g Potatoes

2 Eggs

50 g Low Fat Grated Cheese

200 g Lean Ground Beef (or Patties)

1/2 Red Onion

1 Tbsp Light Ketchup

1 Tbsp Mustard
Grate the potatoes and squeeze out the excess water.
Crack two eggs and add them to the grated potatoes along with the grated light cheese.
Combine everything to form a mixture.
Form the mixture into four buns on a baking tray.
Bake the buns for about 10 minutes.
Let the buns cool down and assemble your burgers.
