


3 Persian Cucumbers

1 Can of Tuna (drained)

1 tsp Sesame Oil

2 tsp Soy Sauce Light

1 Tbsp Mayo Light

1 Tbsp Fat Free Greek Yogurt

1/2 Red Onion

Handful Sesame Seeds

Garlic Powder to taste
Grate some cucumbers in a container.
Add a can of tuna.
Add a bit of sesame oil.
Add a splash of soy sauce.
Add some light mayonnaise.
Add a tablespoon of Greek yogurt.
Add half a red onion.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and garlic powder to taste.
Close off the lid and give it a good shake.
