

1 Jar of pickles (sliced)

100 g Low-fat shredded cheese

100 g Grilled chicken breast

1 Tomato

A h1ndful of arugula

Salt & pepper
Drain pickle slices really well.
Spread some grated cheese on a baking sheet.
Arrange the pickle slices on top of the cheese.
Sprinkle more cheese over the pickle slices.
Bake the whole thing in the oven for 10 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
Take them out of the oven and flip both around.
Top with tomatoes, grilled chicken, and arugula.
