

100 g Red Lentils

150 g Cooked Chicken Breast

2 Tbsp Tomato Sauce

60 g Low Fat Shredded Cheese

1/2 Red Onion

Paprika, Salt & pepper
Soak red lentils in water for about 30 minutes.
Blend the soaked red lentils.
Pour the lentil mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper and bake for about 10 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
Flip the pizza base once it is baked.
Add tomato sauce, shredded chicken breast, red onion, and grated light cheese on top.
Bake for another 5 minutes and enjoy.
