

200 g Red Lentil Pasta (dry weight)

300 g Lean Ground Beef (5% Fat)

50 g Low Fat Shredded Cheese

50 g Non Fat Greek Yogurt

2 Pickles

2 Tomatoes

1/2 Red Onion

2 Tbsp Light Ketchup

2 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise

2 Handful Lettuce
Cook the red lentil pasta according to package instructions.
In a skillet, cook the lean ground beef until browned and fully cooked.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, ground beef, shredded cheese, Greek yogurt, diced pickles, diced tomatoes, and chopped red onion.
Add the light ketchup and light mayonnaise to the bowl and mix well.
Top the salad with lettuce.
Close the lid on the bowl and shake well to combine all ingredients.
