


1 Tortilla Wrap

200 g Lean Ground Beef (5% Fat)

Handful Diced Pickles

Handful Diced Tomatoes

Handful Diced White Onion

80 g Grated Low Fat Cheese

3 Eggs (m)
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs and whisk until well beaten.
Add the lean ground beef to the bowl and mix thoroughly with the eggs.
Stir in the diced pickles, diced tomatoes, and diced white onion.
Place the tortilla wrap in a greased pie dish or quiche pan.
Pour the mixture over the tortilla wrap, ensuring it's evenly distributed.
Sprinkle the grated low fat cheese on top of the mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the quiche is set and the cheese is melted.
