

80 g high-protein pasta (made from red lentils)

150 g lean ground beef

1 pickle

1 tomato

1/2 red onion

1 handful of iceberg lettuce

1 tbsp light ketchup

1 tbsp mustard

3 tbsp pickle juice
First, cook the pasta until al dente, then toss it in the air fryer with paprika seasoning and bake for 10 minutes at 200°C.
In the meantime, brown the ground beef and finely chop the lettuce, pickle, tomato, and onion.
Then all you need to do is assemble your bowl and, if desired, top it with burger sauce.
