chicken tortilla

1 lb chicken breast (2 breasts)
1 egg

1/3 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove fresh garlic

1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 oregano
Blend until smooth (if too sticky, add oil to hands)
Form tortillas & bake at 400° for 25 minutes & flip for 5 more minutes until golden crisp
