


2 cans of @safecatchfoods Ahi Yellowfin Tuna

1 tbsp fresh minced garlic

1/3 cup diced red onion

1/3 cup diced red pepper

1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
1 egg

salt, to taste

pepper, to taste

garlic powder, to taste

onion powder, to taste

1 avocado, smashed

Brioche buns

5 slices of center cut bacon

Butter lettuce

Tomato slices

Chipolte mayo
For the tuna burgers, add all of the ingredients to a large bowl. Mix till well combined then form into equal size patties. Place them in the fridge for at least an hour or up to 24 hours to firm up.
Get a large skillet going over medium heat and cook the bacon until done to your liking. Once done, remove it from the pan.
Sear the tuna burgers in the bacon grease for ~3.5-4.5 minutes per side.
Toast the buns, assemble your burgers & ENJOY!
