


1 1/4 lbs Cubed Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs

Avocado Oil

Hot Chipotle Dan-Os Seasoning
2 cups cooked rice

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

juice of 1 lime

salt to taste

Black Beans
Pico De Gallo

Sour Cream

Avocado
Add Chicken Thighs, Avocado Oil & Seasoning to a bowl. Mix to well combined. Let marinate. Meanwhile prep all other ingredients.
Get a large cast iron skillet going on medium heat, add more avocado oil and sear chicken for 12-15 min mixing every few minutes or until largest piece reaches 165 degrees internal.
Plate everything up
