


1 pack Hawaiian rolls (12 count)

3/4 lb deli ham (thin sliced)

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

1 tbsp onion soup mix (like Lipton)

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional but adds depth)

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional, but highly recommended)

1/2 tsp poppy seeds (optional, classic slider topping)
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Slice rolls in half horizontally (keep them connected if possible) and place bottom half in a greased baking dish.
Layer the sliders. Spread mayonnaise on bottom bun. Then add ham (slightly folded for thickness) Cheese on top of ham. Add top buns back on.
Make the onion butter. In a bowl, mix together melted butter, onion soup mix, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds (if using).
Brush evenly over the sliders and brush so every bun is coated.
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Uncover & bake again for 5–10 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melty.
